If you have any questions before we start, please let me know. PAYMENT ● All payment must be sent in USD — (PayPal Only, if not sold locally) after we have discussed the project and it’s price. If delivery is needed, please provide the recipient(s) information and I will inform you how much to allocate for shipping. ● I will send you an invoice to receive the first half of payment. ● I will start working on your commission once the payment has been received on my end. A deposit of half the commission price must be paid up front, and the second half must be paid after all sketches have been approved. ● Unless we cancel the commission at the pre-sketch phase, the first half of the payment is non refundable as the money is used for material cost and time worked. ADDITIONAL INFO ● Both Original Characters and Fanarts are accepted. In the case of a character from an established series, please make sure that the creator has allowed commissions of their characters (i.e Toby Fox and Undertale characters) ● Please refrain from asking me to directly copy another artist's style. ● Written descriptions should include visual references to get a more accurate end result. In cases of character creation, a design fee will be charged based on the complexity of the request. ● I will provide you with watermarked sketch updates for confirmation before proceeding to the final stages. ● If revisions are needed, please state them at the sketch phase, as I will not make any major edits or revisions once the final work is done. Only minor edits may be accepted. ● When commission lists are full (Closed), you still may request for a commission. An extra fee may apply if there are scheduling conflicts. ● The commissioned piece is for personal use only. Please do not redistribute it for commercial uses or claim it as your own. However, please feel free to consult me for any commercial rates. ● You may not alter or edit the commission in any way. You are however allowed to crop or resize the commission and post it to another website, as long as proper credit is given. If provided, please do not edit out my signature from the artwork. ● I reserve the right to post a lower resolution of the commissioned piece on my website for promotional purposes, as well as streaming the process on platforms such as Twitch. Please ask me beforehand if you do not want me to post or stream your commission for privacy purposes. ● Commissioning me means you agree to the terms and services mentioned.
